St. Andrews Middle School is bringing parents, community organizations and businesses together Saturday. 

The second annual Spring Community Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in front of the school. 

Representatives from the Richland County Sheriff's Department, the City of Columbia Fire Department, Colonial Life, Allstate Insurance, Ladies Choice Fitness, Blockbuster and other organizations and businesses will be at the fair.

St. Andrews Patch will also have a table at the event. Stop by to sign up for our newsletter and get a free Patch water bottle or magnet.  

The event also features a community yard sale. Anyone interested in having a table at the yard sale should call eighth grade teacher Wanda Wylie at 803-731-8910 ext. 3215. 

Students who attend the fair with a parent or guardian will receive extra credit by signing in. 

More than 200 people attended last year's fair, Wylie said.
