Columbia Man Charged with DUI, Hit and Run
The man was arrested after an incident on Huger Street Tuesday morning.
A 55-year-old Columbia man is in jail after a traffic incident on Huger Street early Tuesday morning, according to The State newspaper.
Frank McMaster, of 601 Somerton Ct., is charged with driving under the influence and hit and run, according to jail records.
Police say he hit a car in the 1800 block of Huger Street and tried to leave the scene, according to the report in The State.
