Wreck on I-20 Near Fairfield Road Slows Traffic

A crash on Interstate 20 eastbound near the Fairfield Road exit has two lanes of traffic blocked, according to the S.C. Department of Transportation. 

The two right lanes near the crash at exit 70 are closed, according to SCDOT. Motorists traveling east should exit at exit 68 or before to avoid the traffic. 

Amber Burrows of Lexington, who was driving westbound past the crash, said it involved two passenger vehicles, a dump truck and an 18-wheeler. The 18-wheeler, carrying what appeared to be "large plastic crates," dumped its load all over the interstate.
