Congress On Pace to Enact Fewest Bills Ever -- How Do SC Pols Rate?

How does SC's delegation fare?

According to the government watchdog site GovTrack.us, the 113th Congress is on pace to enact fewer bills than any of their predecessors.

In the accompanying video, GovTrack names four of South Carolina's nine members of Congress for being particularly quiet--though each would seem to have a justifiable explanation.

The video notes that Sen. Tim Scott is still in his first year in office. Rep. Mark Sanford (R-1) has only been on the job for about a month and-a-half, while Rep. Tom Rice (R-7) is still his first term.

Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-2) is also mentioned, but as a Democratic member of the Republican-dominated House, any legislation he proposes has almost no chance of getting passed.

Proof that our SC congressmen are totally worthless.

That's not fair Ken. Almost ALL the congressmen are worthless, not just ours. Besides, ours weren't put in office to govern; this is a job interview for Heritage.
