County Lists Properties with Delinquent Taxes

More than 5,000 properties in Richland County have overdue taxes, according to a list posted on the Richland County Treasurer's website. 

Property owners have until Dec. 2 to pay the delinquent taxes. The county will auction off the remaining properties during its tax sale at 10 a.m. on Dec. 5 at Township Auditorium, 1703 Taylor St.

If all of the properties are not sold on the first day, the sale will continue at 9 a.m. on Dec. 6. 

Almost 200 properties in the St. Andrews area have overdue taxes as of Friday, Nov. 11. 

To view the delinquent tax lists, click on the three links on the treasurer's website: real estate, mobile homes and land combined, and mobile homes.
