That appears to be the philosophy of Richard Cash, who announced his challenge to Graham in April.

Cash released an infomercial on YouTube--it's six-and-a-half minutes long--that is designed to introduce him to voters who don't know him from his pursuit of the Third Congressional District Seat in 2010. The video is above.

Much of the video recounts the 2010 race, when Cash's grassroots candidacy carried him to a victory in the primary. He ultimately lost a narrow defeat to Jeff Duncan in the run-off.

The video emphasizes Cash's status as a conservative outsider--"elites" and "special interests" are referenced with derision.

State Sen. Kevin Bryant of Anderson appears in the video and a book by Jim DeMint is featured prominently.

Cash is not likely to be Graham's only challenger among Republicans. Sen. Lee Bright of Spartanburg has done little to dispel rumors he'll run. Nancy Mace has also been mentioned as a possible challenger.
