For the third week in a row South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham appeared on a Sunday morning talk show to discuss negotiations on the so-called "fiscal cliff" and the Obama Administration's response to Benghazi. This time, Graham appeared on CBS' Face the Nation.

Graham told Face the Nation host Bob Schieffer he is not optimistic that the trigger mechanism known as the fiscal cliff can be avoided by the end of the year. The cliff was put in place during the debt negotiations in 2011 and would automatically cut spending and end the Bush tax cuts.
Graham also reiterated his comments from earlier this week, when he said he was "disturbed" after his meeting with the Ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice and her response to the terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya.
