24 of 25 delegates support the former Massachusetts governor.
As South Carolina Chairman, State Treasurer Curtis Loftis had the duty of pledging 24 of the Palmetto State's 25 delegates to nominate Mitt Romney for president. The remaining delegate supported Ron Paul.
