Winthrop Poll: Haley and Graham Approval Rising
Results show an increase for both, while Congress is still unpopular.
The latest poll from Winthrop University shows that the approval ratings for Gov. Nikki Haley and Sen. Lindsey Graham are improving.
The news comes as both are gearing up for re-election in 2014.
President Barack Obama also has higher approval than disapproval. Congress as a whole continues to be wildly unpopular.
