In 2007, I bought an 800cc Bombardier Outlander. Last August I had to replace the fuel pump for $600! It ran fine and then I had an accident at work which caused me not to be able to ride it. At Thanksgiving, I went out to turn it over and it would not start. The part that makes me angry is that I barely had 3 hours on it since it returned with the new fuel pump. I called the service dept at Power Sports and was told that they only guaranteed the replacement pump for 30 days and it would cost me their $80 an hour for diagnostics!! After checking the spark plugs and the fuel line with no success. This was apalling since it was supposted to be a brand new fuel pump. Now, it still won't work. The least they could do is offer to find the problem and verify that it was not the result of a rebuilt fuel pump. At this point, I am very disappointed with their policies and service and lack of willingness to address this problem in a more consumer friendly manner and I will certainly think before recommending them.
