Let’s face it finding vegetarian food in South Carolina can be difficult at times. In a state where barbecue is it’s on food group, finding a meatless option at some places can be tricky. But things have improved. Even meat-eaters are looking for vegetarian-friendly fare, as they look to save calories and cut the fat.
