Haley Uses Social Media to Deny Indictment Talk
South Carolina's first-term governor calls those reporting indictment rumors "dirty blogger politics."
As media reports from a small political blogger that Gov. Nikki Haley was about to be indicted spread through the online world on Thursday, the first-term governor and her office remained quiet. But as more and more mainstream media, including The State newspaper, began to pick up the story, Haley took to social media late Thursday night to strongly deny any such allegations. "Sorry fellas. I'm not going anywhere no matter how many lies you put on a blog. The days of dirty blogger politics will come to an end when people stop paying these guys to spread trash," someone posted to Haley's Facebook account at nearly midnight. The same post was copied to Haley's Twitter account.

Where do you live? Must be Fantasyland. Nikki Haley is exactly what this state needs! She brings a fresh approach to government. These unfounded allegations are just an attempt by the good ole' boys to drive her out of office. BTW, you did know that Nikki Haley is a minority woman right? South Carolinians have overcame their "racist tendencies" when they made her governor.   more ›
